We know we are not perfect and it is increasingly difficult to act 100% environmentally friendly in doing business. However, we are continuously trying our best to become a sustainable business. Also, not being perfect means there is room to improve - so something that motivates us and keeps us moving forward!
Suppliers
We visit each of our factories to make sure they comply with our ethical standards, which means that they treat their employees with respect and provide safe working conditions. Further on we maintain regular personal contact with our suppliers, which helps to regularly check product quality as well as work conditions.
Packaging
The majority of our products is packed in recyclable material and we recently changed our horse boot packaging to achieve an energy reduction of an impressive 40%.
Recycling
Our customers are a valuable source for creative solutions, too. Recently we discovered that many people re-use the bag our Travel Boots come in as storage bag for various items - what a great idea!
