It is with great regret that we have made the decision to retire the Track My Hack app. This is because we do not have an IT partner that can generate the error free running of the app.
The original Track My Hack app was a great success but was hampered by the fact that its hacks were saved on your phone, thus taking up a great deal of memory and not being available should you change phones. To counteract this, we worked to create a new app which saved your hacks in the ‘cloud’ and also provided lots of improvements over the old one that our customers had requested. We worked with a reputable app development company to create an app that was similar to the original but which would save your hacks to the Cloud and give additional benefits such as being able to view your hacks on a PC and allow yourself to be tracked, or to track others.
Sadly this company produced the new app a year behind schedule and not operating as it was designed to. After 18 months of trying, including switching to a new development company, we have had to admit defeat and call it a day. As a company we are devastated. We have spent many thousands of pounds developing the app, and making it free to use. After all our efforts though, we feel we have let you down and for this we are truly sorry.
Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the frustration and disappointment the app may have caused, and we hope you understand how hard we tried to make this great idea work in practice.
Assuring you of our best intentions.
