We are really delighted to announce that Para Dressage rider Suzanna Hext has joined our aspirational team of sponsored riders. The 29 year old rider from Cornwall has long been an advocate of the Woof Wear brand and is one of the most inspirational young women we have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Now based with her trainer Pammy Hutton at Talland School of Equitation in Gloucestershire, Suz is setting her sights on the World Equestrian Games in Tyson North Carolina this September, with her long term goal being Tokyo 2020.

One of Suzanna's favourite quotes is "Difficult roads, often lead to beautiful locations" and how true that is. International competitions have taken Suz to Deauville, Waregm and finally to the Europeans in Gothenburg where she came away with the Gold Medal in the Individual, Team and Freestyle sections. 2017 ended on an high for Suzanna when she was listed as World Number 1 (grade 3), this incredible achievement comes just 2 years after getting back in the saddle for the first time.

"It has been quite a journey to get to this point, but this is just the beginning. I have high hopes for the future and I'm ridiculously excited to be working alongside Woof Wear. Thank you for the support, it means a huge amount to me".

Sales Director, Ali Felton comments “It’s a real honour to be working with Suz, not just because she is a Cornish lass and truly believes in our products, but because she has achieved so much in the face of such adversity – a really amazing young lady.”
