The gel inside remains flexible even when frozen to -20°C, allowing the packs to mould comfortably around joints, tendons, and soft tissue. Although specially designed to be used with Woof Wear’s Polar Ice Boots, these packs can be used independently and provide a secure, targeted fit that enhances their therapeutic effectiveness.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Cold Use (Cryotherapy):

Store in the freezer at least 2 hours before use.

Always place inside the Polar Ice Boots or wrap in a cloth to avoid direct contact with the skin.


Hot Use (Thermotherapy):

Place pack in a microwave for 20-40 seconds and knead pack to distribute the heat

DO NOT apply directly to the horses skin

General Care

After use, wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Do not puncture or expose to sharp objects and Inspect regularly for wear or damage, Replace if punctured or leaking

We use a courier company so your order is fully tracked and delivered swiftly. You will be advised of a delivery time and date which can be changed if you wish.

Please note that if you choose the option to ‘leave in a safe place’ that our couriers will not take responsibility for any loss of your package, once its been delivered.

Delivery Costs:
United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Highlands & the Islands):

  • Orders up to £75 = £5.99
  • Orders £75 and over = FREE

Channel Islands (including Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man) & Ireland:

  • All orders = £25

Orders are usually despatched within one working day.

Purchased the wrong size or changed your mind? No problem, you can return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in a clean and resalable condition with all original packing and hang tags and returned to us at your expense. A full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

What payment option can I use? 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, with the exception of American Express. Please note that all cards used must have a UK Billing Address. 

How quickly will I receive my order? 

Orders placed on weekdays before 1pm will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders received after 1pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Please note, our warehouse is closed on weekends and bank holidays, so any orders placed during those times will be shipped the following working day. 

What are the delivery options? 

We offer next-day delivery as our standard shipping service, with up-to-date tracking sent directly to your mobile once your order leaves our warehouse. 

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that occasional courier delays may occur, which are beyond our control. If your tracking hasn't updated within 2 days, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance. 

What is the returns policy? 

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. 

To ensure a smooth return process, the item must be in a clean, resalable condition with all original packaging and hang tags. Please note that we do not offer a free return service, so return shipping will be at your expense. Once we receive the returned item, a full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be processed within 14 days.

Please note that returns must be made at your own cost, and the item should be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once received and checked, we will process your refund immediately. We aim to complete all returns and refunds as swiftly as possible, but please allow up to 5 days for the full process to be completed.
