CARE INSTRUCTIONS

This pad is machine washable at 30° with a spin cycle of 600rpm. The folding required to fit into a domestic washing machine will result in some permanent creasing or wrinkling. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect the pad's performance or functionality.

RECOMMENDATION

To keep your pad wrinkle free, we recommend sponging with mild detergent, followed by hosing or pressure washing and then line drying.

The item must be in a clean and resalable condition with all original packing and hang tags and returned to us at your expense. A full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

What payment option can I use? 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, with the exception of American Express. Please note that all cards used must have a UK Billing Address. 
How quickly will I receive my order? 

Orders placed on weekdays before 1pm will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders received after 1pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Please note, our warehouse is closed on weekends and bank holidays, so any orders placed during those times will be shipped the following working day. 
What are the delivery options? 

We offer next-day delivery as our standard shipping service, with up-to-date tracking sent directly to your mobile once your order leaves our warehouse. 

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that occasional courier delays may occur, which are beyond our control. If your tracking hasn't updated within 2 days, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
