Crafted from premium soft velvet, the pile works naturally against the horse’s coat to help prevent slipping, enhanced by a micro-silicone anti-slip panel, D-ring attachments and secure girth loops for added security. A supportive 15mm foam panel improves saddle fit, reduces pressure and provides excellent shock absorption while maintaining a balanced, secure feel, allowing for refined communication during dressage work. Designed to complement the longer lines of a dressage saddle, this pad delivers comfort, control and a polished finish in training or competition.

We use a courier company so your order is fully tracked and delivered swiftly. You will be advised of a delivery time and date which can be changed if you wish.

Please note that if you choose the option to ‘leave in a safe place’ that our couriers will not take responsibility for any loss of your package, once its been delivered.

Delivery Costs:
United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Highlands & the Islands):

  • Orders up to £75 = £5.99
  • Orders £75 and over = FREE

Channel Islands (including Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man) & Ireland:

  • All orders = £25

Orders are usually despatched within one working day.

Purchased the wrong size or changed your mind? No problem, you can return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in a clean and resalable condition with all original packing and hang tags and returned to us at your expense. A full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Please refer to your sales order confirmation email for details on how to return your item to us.

What payment option can I use? 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, with the exception of American Express. Please note that all cards used must have a UK Billing Address. 

How quickly will I receive my order? 

Orders placed on weekdays before 1pm will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders received after 1pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Please note, our warehouse is closed on weekends and bank holidays, so any orders placed during those times will be shipped the following working day. 

What are the delivery options? 

We offer next-day delivery as our standard shipping service, with up-to-date tracking sent directly to your mobile once your order leaves our warehouse. 

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that occasional courier delays may occur, which are beyond our control. If your tracking hasn't updated within 2 days, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance. 

What is the returns policy? 

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. 

To ensure a smooth return process, the item must be in a clean, resalable condition with all original packaging and hang tags. Please note that we do not offer a free return service, so return shipping will be at your expense. Once we receive the returned item, a full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be processed within 14 days.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email to request a unique returns number. This number will help us process your return efficiently. Please note that returns must be made at your own cost, and the item should be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once received and checked, we will process your refund immediately. We aim to complete all returns and refunds as swiftly as possible, but please allow up to 5 days for the full process to be completed.
